This video shows Betty (with the help of Rick), how to make Grilled Jumbo Shrimp. Marinated in a spicy mix of flavors that are perfectly grilled prawns on a barbecue and bring a delightful taste of Cajun-style! Ingredients: 1 ½ pounds fresh shrimp (or shrimp), with the head removed and cleaned (you can use the shell and tail on leave.) Onion salt to taste hot sauce to taste (I use chili sauce-based) oil extra virgin olive oil just insert coat shrimpFresh shrimp in a bowl to marinate. Sprinkle with plenty of sauce, salt, onion and hot. Pour olive oil over shrimp. Use your hands to distribute the marinade, cover the shrimp completely. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate about 4 hours for the flavors to penetrate the shrimp. If you're ready to grill, you have your grill to medium heat and place shrimp on the grill. Bake for about 6 to 8 minutes, turning as necessary until the shrimp pink outside and white inside.Do not overcook. Shrimp placed on a serving dish and serve immediately. I was with summer grilled vegetables, Savory Rice, Cilantro, melon salad and iced tea. The shrimps are juicy with a touch spicy Cajun-style! Have fun! Love, Betty ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
